Biscuits are usually packed in sets of 8 to 10 pieces. Decorated biscuits are sold individually.

Yes! All our biscuits are 100% handmade, without preservatives, and crafted with love and attention to detail.

5. How long do the biscuits stay fresh?
Shelf life varies between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the type:

• Decorated biscuits: shorter shelf life.

• Tea-style biscuits: up to 6 weeks.
  Once opened, we recommend consuming within 7 days.

6. Do you use preservatives?
No, our biscuits and cakes are freshly made to order with natural ingredients only.

7. Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.

8. How much does shipping cost?
We ship nationwide via tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

9. How long will my order take to arrive?
Since every biscuit is made to order, we prepare and ship within 2–3 days. Delivery is tracked and usually takes 24 hours after dispatch.

10. Can I send biscuits as a gift?
Yes! You can ship biscuits directly to someone else as a gift. We use secure and sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

11. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
